Liberated Body is an interview-based podcast for all the body nerds out there. While the dominant culture talks about the body as an object that can do our bidding (or that fails to do our bidding and therefore sucks), body nerds get excited about the body as a whole, living, unfolding experience which contains endless avenues for potential insight and exploration. Because of this, listeners of the show are frequently practitioners and teachers of a variety of manual and movement therapies.
On the show I talk with a wide variety of somatic visionaries such as anatomists, surgeons, manual therapists, researchers, psychologists, spiritual teachers, neuroscientists, biomechanists, embryologists, movement educators, fitness innovators, and yoga teachers.
Bliss and Grit is a conversation-based podcast I started with my bestie, Vanessa Scotto. On the show we're having conversations about being on an embodied spiritual path in the modern world. We contemplate what that actually means; What is a real evolution of our lives? How do we ultimately embrace everything, all the beauty and crazy, the joys and the messes, the bliss and the grit that is a human life?
In a not-at-all-precious way we attempt to sort that out for ourselves through talking about our own messy and joyful processes.
